The deadlines indicated below are calculated from Monday to Friday and may be subject to change due to local or national holidays, festive periods, promotional periods, or vacation times.

After payment confirmation, if the item is in stock in Portugal, the order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. The average shipping time will vary depending on the selected products.

For items that are not available in stock in Portugal but are available in the European Warehouse, the order will be processed within approximately 1 to 2 weeks.

If the chosen payment method is bank transfer, these deadlines may differ, as the order will only be processed once the bank transfer is confirmed.

During holidays, public holidays, special events, or promotions, we cannot guarantee that delivery will be made within the communicated timeframes due to the volume of shipments handled by transportation companies.

barrastejadilho.pt reserves the right to modify the terms and types of delivery without prior notice, in the case of large orders or special circumstances.


Shipping Methods and Conditions for Mainland Portugal and Mainland Spain for items available in stock in Portugal:
Standard Shipping CTT Expresso (Between 24 to 48h - working days).
For orders received before 2 PM, shipping will usually be carried out on the same day. Typically, delivery takes place the next business day.

Standard Shipping, approximately 1 to 2 weeks for order processing and delivery.

Standard Shipping, approximately 1 week for order processing and around 5 to 10 business days for shipping.

All shipments will incur shipping costs indicated in the respective fields of the order summary.

Depending on the situation, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and details of your order so that you can track the shipment.
